The Camp Hill Estate set in the heart of North Yorkshire was built in 1738 the Estate has been a family home, agricultural estate and a sporting residence to the Serjeantson's, Leyland's, Reynard's and since 1945, now the Ropner family.
The Ropner family took the helm in 1993, opening its gates to the public in 1996 and have welcomed over one million members of the public since. Over the past two decades, Camp Hill Estate has built a reputation for delivering fun in a thrilling, creative and inventive way for all its audiences.
With a small but dynamic team of event experts, Camp Hill specialises in two key areas; bespoke corporate events and school, education and youth groups outdoor learning days and residential visits. Alongside this, we offer stag and hen parties, private parties, weddings, glamping and venue hire opportunities for festivals, shows and large scale events.
In addition to this, our 300-acre Estate is home to North Yorkshire County Show, Camp Hill Sausage and Beer Festival, Dubs Int Dales VW Campervan Festival, Camp Katur Glamping Village, now introducing Bear Souls Yoga Dome and a whole lot of adventure!
Equal to the events we run here at Camp Hill, we have a strong corporate social responsibility ethos. Helping to protect our wonderful estate and everything in it including our environment, our customers and our employees. Year on year we plan on reducing our Carbon Footprint by seeking recyclable materials, environmental schemes, work experience volunteering, charity events, local fundraising and the list continues…
