Given the Covid-19 restrictions, and administration required to keep our stay over guests safe, we can no longer accept day visitors to the Adventure Park.

Social Distancing restrictions also mean that for the foreseeable future we can longer operate our High Ropes course or Quad Bikes.

How Many People Can You Cater For?
We’ve had corporate groups as small as 10 and as large as 500 guests. With regards to numbers, space and venues we are very flexible.

We host corporate events all year round with our summer months being the most popular as well as our Corporate Alpine Christmas Parties.

Yes, our programs are built to your bespoke needs and our instructors are trained in facilitate learning to target your specific outcomes.

Yes, we can send out risk assessments at your request.
Do You Offer Site Visit Visits?
Yes, we always recommend coming to Camp Hill prior to your visit and see our wonderful Estate for yourself.
What Age Ranges Do You Cater For?
At Camp Hill we are inclusive to all, we specialise in key stage 2 and 3 however we can cater for early year and university groups.
What Are Camp Hill’s Main Objectives In Their Outdoor Learning Days And Residential Visits?
We want young people to have an experience like no other. Embracing the outdoors whilst gaining educational benefits, focusing on the following objectives; teambuilding, communication, problem-solving, confidence, resilience and leading & support.
What Types Of Accommodation Do You Have For Young People?
We two types of accommodation for your young people, Camp Kestrel Bell Tent Village which sleeps up to 160 young people and the Woodland Lodge Bunk Barn Accommodation which sleeps up 40 young people.
Do You Have Off-peak Prices?
Yes, between October - March we offer special off-peak rates.
What Do I Need To Bring?
The party leader will be supplied with a kit list which will be distributed to every participant on the trip.
What If A Student Has Medical Or Dietary Requirements?
The party leader will be required to fill out medical and dietary requirements before arrival so prior to their visit we can make appropriate arrangements so that everyone is catered for.
Will Our Young People Be Safe?
We uphold a very high standard of health and safety and policies, we maintain regular equipment checks and staff training to maintain utmost competency to ensure every client is always safe.
Will There Be Other Groups Onsite At The Same Time?
Groups will never share activities however for multiple groups on-site in some cases we offer specific space within Camp Kestrel accommodation which allows young people to interact and mix other groups.

What Type Of Events Can You Host?
We are flexible, diverse and have many event venues with space and purpose-built facilities. We have hosted all sorts of events such as sports events, festivals, product launches, charity events and more. To name a few we host the North Yorkshire County Show, Camp Hill Sausage & Beer Festival and Northern Athletics Cross Country Championships.
Can You Help Facilitate Events?
With years of expertise and in-depth knowledge within the industry, we help many clients put their event vision into reality.
What Is Your Closing Time?
Dependant on the day and the venue, most venues the bar closes at midnight with the venue closing at 1 am.
What Is Our Capacity?
The venue as a whole has the capacity for 15,000, venue across the estate range from 25 guests to 500.
Do You We Have Outdoor Heaters?
We have outdoor fire pits and Flambeauxs to guests to keep warm.
What About Accommodation?
We have Camp Kestrel Bell Tent Village which sleeps up to 150 guests, Camp Katur Glamping Site sleeps can sleep up to 70 guest, Woodland Lodge accommodation sleeps 40 guests alternatively, there is plenty of excellent accommodation nearby.
What About Music?
There are several options for music. You are welcome to plug in your own music (license dependant), you could have a DJ and DJ equipment, a live band or indeed a combination of all three.
Can You Bring Your Own Flowers And Decorations?
The venue is yours for the day and you can decorate it as you wish. All we ask of you is to leave the facilities as you found them.
Can You Use Your Own Caterers?
Yes, the feast is a key element of any special occasion and we are passionate about delivering all our events to an extremely high standard, so we can take care of all food and drink in-house.
Can We Change Event Details Once Agreed?
Within reasons, we are happy to change and amend any details we are happy to work with you to create your event bison.

Stag and Hen Parties

How Do I Pay?
Either over the phone by calling 01845 567788 or online by BACS transfer.
When Do I Pay? How Much Deposit?
To confirm a booking we take a 50% deposit and then the balance is due 14 working days before your event.
What Are The Minimum Numbers?
We have a minimum chargeable group size of 10 people. This doesn’t mean you can’t come if you have less than 10 people, it just means the price per person will be slightly higher.
What If My Numbers Alter?
You can alter your numbers up until 2 weeks before your booking. After this, the numbers are set. This is because we need to book instructors, equipment etc, so we will incur costs at our end if numbers change within this 2 week period.
Can We All Stay Together As One Group?
Yes, but only on certain activities. Most of our activities work best in smaller groups. By keeping the groups small and rotating through the activities, it means participation levels are at their highest. We don’t want you to be stood around waiting for your turn!
Can We Pre-order Food?
Yes, we offer food packages that you can arrange before your arrival. Fancy a BBQ parcel for your stay at the Lodges? No problem.
Do You Supply Overalls/clothing?
No, we supply all the safety equipment needed, so we ask if you could please dress suitability for the weather conditions. There are changing rooms onsite and a couple of showers if needed.
Are There Any Restrictions?
Yes, some activities do have age and weight restrictions. Please enquire.
Can I Book Accommodation?
Yes of course! You can book out our bespoke Lodge accommodation which sleeps up to 40 guests.
