A unique scenario activity to Camp Hill – A plane has crash landed in the middle of an island and the pilot is stranded there. Race against the clock to get the pilot from the burning plane and back to safety. This activity utilises a real aeroplane and 12ft deep moat to negotiate!
It’s one of a kind! Taking place on the official dry training track for the Olympians with top class coaching, teams push a 2 or 4-man ‘Bob’ for the fastest time of the day. Requires controlled aggression, team power and co-ordinated speed. Although it may seem surprising, parallels are easily drawn with the work environment.
Set in the middle of our woodlands stands the Polysphere Puzzle that is both challenging and stimulating. The group is divided into four to complete your puzzles in the shortest time and with the least amount of turns from the moving puzzle pieces. Each arm of the jigsaw holds a different part of the puzzle to collect. On top of that, to make things interesting… each group will have one sense removed; sight, touch, sound and speech!
Your team has to be transported above the woodland floor using 2 barrels, a plank of wood and a tyre suspended from the trees. The solution to the task is in the title – is your team up for the challenge?
Team building activities are known to boost your overall company’s performance as it allows them to bond with one another, create more of an understanding of each other’s roles and their strengths and weaknesses. As well as being able to work better, employees create greater working relationships with an understanding of each others interests and a common ground. A team building event makes business morale thrive along with motivating staff and having fun outside of a working environment. At our Camp Hill Estate in Yorkshire, we offer team building away days to develop all of these elements, we also encourage your workforce to think outside of the box by being able to bring their creative ideas back into the office.
