With our range of unique Meeting and Conference spaces we can help you create an event that will engage and promote productivity from you and your delegates. We will be with you every step of the way creating a personable experience from the first point of contact to your event and assist you in choosing the perfect meeting venue for your event.

The Boardroom



A smaller meeting room which can seat 20 in Board Room Layout or 40 in Theatre Layout. The room has a phone line, dry wipe white board and flipcharts.

The Lodge

The Lodge is made up of 3 Bunk Barns with a Central Log Cabin; an ideal 'away from it all' environment for a full team experience and somewhere that can be used as a relaxed meeting space.

Located in the centre of the Estate, easily accessible, yet far enough away to feel totally isolated, the Lodge is carpeted, heated and insulated and the Barns are very comfortable and a perfect complement to the central cabin.

There is also a Barbecue Terrace for you to enjoy. Rather than split up straight after the meeting or conference, our clients have found it incredibly useful to have some light hearted fun around a camp fire playing football, rounder’s or any of our other field games followed by a delicious self-cooked BBQ in The Main Lodge.

The Rustic Barn

A truly unique alternative meeting space, better suited to the warmer months. This space is ideal for providing a less corporate and more informal feel for your meeting. Different layouts are available, with capacity for 150 delegates at round or trestle tables.

Part of what was an old dairy farm this traditional Rustic Barn still has many original features with thick oak beams and exposed brick work which provides a truly unique venue as a meeting or conference space. There is a bar and a chill out area on the mezzanine floor. 

Outside there is plenty of extra space to add a marquee, yurt or kata tipi tent or just utilise the open space and seating areas. To the left of the Barn is a lovely open green field with pond, perfect for a break out session or somewhere to relax during the lunch break.

The Safari Tent

This was a brand new venue at the Camp Hill Estate for 2017 and has quickly become very popular in providing the perfect alternative space for meetings or conferences, depending on what you and your delegates may require. The Safari Tent is situated right next to beautiful woodland and overlooks open fields, allowing you to feel completely 'away from the office', therefore creating a great space providing a forum for delegates to explore the potential of team dynamics within a unique environment.  With a log burner for colder months, and sides which open fully in Summer months, the Safari Tent also has its own catering facilities.

The Orangery

This is our largest Meeting Room capable of holding up to 300 delegates in theatre layout. The room has plenty of natural daylight through the large arched French Windows, which can also be blacked out if needed for presentations. There is a screen set into a black backdrop, lectern, ceiling mounted data projector, wi-fi and flipcharts.

The Orangery Bar
Adjoining the main Orangery room, the Orangery Bar can be used for delegate registration on arrival, a standalone meeting room, or a breakout area for mid-conference refreshments. This room is more informal, with a capacity of 30 at round tables or 45 in Theatre Layout.

Outdoor Meetings and Conferences



If you are looking at doing a meeting or conference that is completely unique and one that will certainly make your delegates feel like they are completely 'away from the office' then we can definitely recommend utilising our large amount of outdoor space. With a variety of outdoor spaces that can be set up for your meeting or conference, we can be completely flexible on how you would like your event to run depending on what you would like your delegates to gain from it.

From being sat in deck chairs surrounded by festival bell tents in the middle of a meadow to sitting in our Woodland seated area, there are many ways to create an outdoor meeting or conference right here at The Camp Hill Estate.
