- How many people can you deliver an event for?
- Between 10 and 1000.
- What are your Event Objectives?
- Do you need to explore specific issues, have you got a new team or are you looking to re-energise your current team? The more information you give us the more successful and relevant your event will be.
- How many activities is it possible to fit into an event?
- The amount of activities depends on the type of programme, how many delegates attend the day and budgetary constraints.
- When can I hold my event?
- Subject to availability we operate every day of the year.
- Can you arrange accommodation for me?
- Yes – here at Camp Hill we have our famed Bunk Barns with Log Cabin, a perfect environment in which to really build a team. Alternatively within a stones throw we can arrange for any sort of accommodation, from a Country Inn to a 5 Star Hotel.
- Do you have conference & meeting facilities at Camp Hill?
- Yes - the Orangery conference facilities can seat up to 300 delegates theatre style – with break out rooms and seminar spaces. For off-site Conferences please ask our Event Management team can arrange conferences for you in any part of the country.
- Is an outdoor event suitable for people of all abilities?
- Yes, most of our activities are designed so that people of all abilities can take part. Each task allows for people to perform varying roles so not everyone in the team is expected to head 40ft up a climbing wall.
- What about Insurance?
- Camp Hill operates with £5,000,000 worth of Public Liability Insurance for your event.
- How many delegates will be attending?
- This is important as it has a direct effect on your event fee and what can be delivered. Rough numbers at enquiry stage is sufficient.
- What is your Budget?
- A successful event is not based on budget; it is based on meeting your objectives.
