We recognise that it isn’t just about taking your team away for a “jolly” – it’s about results. We have a dedicated team of Team-building specialists, on hand, to assist in developing enhanced programmes that aim to provide some added value to the day’s agenda, giving you something tangible to take back into the workplace. You may want to explore issues such as communication, teamwork or leadership at a more intellectual level where feedback and review with the team and individuals is required throughout the day and on the event.
What is adding value into a programme all about ?
Team-building tasks and activities need to relate to the workplace for them to be effective tools in teaching various concepts. Our facilitators are trained to highlight the relevant links between the Team-building event and behaviour & performance in the office.
Our team provide the ideal forum for open discussion with delegates, drawing out their views on their experience, relating their behaviour to their workplace and sharing these learning outcomes that they are committed to change or improve back at work.
Specialised training and development programmes
Our in-house “Skill Build” training department exists to move things up a gear from the regular programmes at Camp Hill with ‘specialised’ training solutions. Skill Build designs, operates and delivers both classroom and task based programmes including coaching, training, and communications and leadership programmes.
