Why an Activity led team-building programme?

An activity-led Team-building programme is particularly effective as it takes the delegates into an unfamiliar environment to take part in exciting and challenging tasks that they have probably never done before. Learning whilst having fun helps that learning experience imprint itself deeper into the minds of those taking part.
Delegates are encouraged to participate in each activity with many of the tasks requiring each of them to perform a variety of roles including planning, building, delegating and generally rolling up their shirt sleeves. With such a high level of participation it is easy to see how new relationships can be forged and bring about a greater understanding of each other.
A level playing field for participation outside the office environment, in a fun activity programme, gives you the opportunity to address possibly serious issues in a different way.
